Frequently Asked Questions
How Do I Book?
Browse our rentals, check availability for your date and book online. Delivery fees are calculated from your event address. Prefer to talk? Call us at (818) 570-0442.
Are Your Rentals Clean?
Yes. Every unit is cleaned with commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected and sanitized after every rental, then inspected to make sure it’s clean.
Are Your Units Lead-Free And Safe?
Yes. All of our units are made from 100% lead-free vinyl. Kids are using our equipment, so safety is a requirement and our top priority.
What Types Of Events Do You Rent For?
Almost any event: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools and summer camps.
Can I Use A Water Hose On A Bounce House?
No. Never use water on an inflatable that isn’t designed for it. Want water fun? Book one of our wet units. We provide a 25 ft hose, so have a longer one handy if your water source is farther away.
Does The Rental Have To Be Set Up On Grass?
No. We can set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt or indoors. On grass we anchor with long steel stakes, and other surfaces and indoor setups use sandbags. Just tell us your surface when you book.
